Ani (me): I don’t want a boyfriend.
Daniel (classmate): Yeah, she wants two.
Ceci’s ninth grade high school class is receiving yet another lecture on how they should be better disciplined. This time the teacher is attacking their failure to complete homework.
"I know that you all are in love, and that is a beautiful thing, but you have to get your homework done. If your boyfriend calls and asks if you want to ride around with him on his motorcycle, you can tell him that you have to do your language homework, and everything will be just fine."
